One of the hardest parts about making a change is the resistance we may face from those closest to us. Anytime we try something new, we upset the familiar order of things and sometimes that makes others uncomfortable. But at the end of the day, we are accountable for our own decisions. When we look back at our experiences, we want to make sure we are living lives of our own making and not living someone else’s version.
